Dr. Rebecca Sheehan

Rebecca joined our River Rock community in January 2024 and we’re so happy to have her!

She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2008 from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Following graduation, she continued her studies and was able to complete her Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy in four years, even while working full-time.

Rebecca spent over 14 years at Gaylord Hospital working extensively in neurology. She got to work with a variety of populations and treated all different conditions, in both in- and out-patient settings, as well as home care.

Here at River Rock, Rebecca’s primary focus is now outpatient orthopedics. She also has a special interest in applying physical therapy as fertility treatment, an exciting and emerging niche within the field!

When she is not working, Rebecca can be found gardening, cooking, and baking. She also enjoys fishing and hiking with her husband.
